My office is located on the 3rd floor at 3001 Tutt St (Unit 305, office 305C). Once you arrive, feel free to enter Unit 305 and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. I’ll come find you at your appointment time.
There’s client parking behind the building accessible from Tutt Street. Street parking is also available during the week and on weekends.
A quick note about parking: Building management has recently introduced paid visitor parking. Stalls 6–13, located along the back of the building, are designated VISITOR stalls. Parking is $2.60 for 1 hour or $3.65 for 2 hours (maximum) and can be registered by QR code in the lot. All other onsite stalls are reserved. Please allow a few extra minutes before your appointment to register your vehicle or find nearby offsite parking.
The building is accessible by both elevator and stairs from the front and rear entrances.
